The only exception is that we have always refused to supply the very cheap & nasty hearing aids that some High Street retailers offer at daft prices just to get you through their door.

This increased sophistication means that the initial fitting now longer takes much more that the usual hour or so ... sometimes a WHOLE DAY is needed to set up these new models to match your requirements and lifestyle.

Additionally the increased complexity of the new style aids requires the dispenser to be especially skilled in hearing aid technology. We have the in-depth understanding of the digital software & hardware used in the latest hearing aids. Sadly we doubt that many other UK dispensers have the highly technical background that we have.
